Hello, I’m Jess, a certified Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) technician and dedicated trainer with over three years of full-time experience. My journey in the world of SMP began with a simple passion for helping people, and since founding SMP by Jessica Rose on 19th April 2021, I’ve dedicated myself to transforming lives through this innovative treatment. The decision to dive into this industry has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and every day I am reminded of why I love what I do. I owe so much to my amazing clients and my incredibly supportive family—without their trust and encouragement, I wouldn’t be where I am today. From the beginning, my mission has always been clear: to restore confidence for men and women facing the emotional and physical challenges of hair loss. Hair loss can impact people on so many levels, and I’ve seen firsthand how SMP can be a life-changing solution. What began as a career path soon evolved into a genuine calling. The bonds I’ve formed with my clients—many of whom I now consider friends—are what make my work so fulfilling. I truly believe that SMP is about more than just cosmetic improvement; it's about restoring the confidence and self-esteem that can sometimes be lost along the way. I’m incredibly grateful to each person who has trusted me with their SMP journey. Over the years, I’ve realized that my role goes far beyond being an SMP artist. As my clients open up about their experiences and challenges, I’ve naturally become a trusted confidant, counselor, and sometimes even a therapist. The relationship between myself and my clients is built on trust, empathy, and understanding, and I wouldn’t change that for the world. I’m humbled by the opportunity to help people not just through the physical transformation, but also by being there emotionally as they embark on this new chapter in their lives.
